A decade later, nixbeezs stands as a testimony to that belief. From our manufacturing facility in Tumkur, Karnataka, we now serve over 20 states, touching millions of homes, offices, hospitals and industrial installations.

Ambitions Labs Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in Tumkur, Karnataka. Production begins with the Wires & Cables division.
2016
BIS certification obtained for FR-grade wires. IGNIX™ series launched. Distribution network expands to 5 states.
2017
Switchgear division launched with the NX-MCB range. Manufacturing floor upgraded to a 10,000 sq ft facility.
2018
FORTIX™ HRFR series introduced. Distribution Boards division commissioned. Reach grows to 10 states.

Our Facility
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tumkur operates with precision and purpose. Equipped with the latest wire-drawing, extrusion and testing machinery, our plant produces over 200 SKUs daily, meeting and exceeding BIS, IS and international standards.
Our in-house lab conducts conductor resistance testing, high-voltage testing, HIPOT testing and dimensional verification on every production batch — ensuring zero-compromise quality at every step.

Raw material testing
Copper purity verification (99.97% minimum), PVC compound testing, dimensional checks on all incoming materials.
In-process QC
Online conductor resistance measurement, wall thickness monitoring, spark testing at 6kV on every metre produced.
Finished goods testing
100% HV testing at 2000V, conductor resistance per IS 8130, insulation resistance, flame retardancy test per IS 694.
Traceability
Our in-house NABL-accredited lab performs over 1,000 tests daily, with full batch traceability via the NXB batch code system.
